We’re offering an idyllic paddle down the River Itchen, in the heart of Southampton before ending up at The White Swan pub. Our instructors will take you on a guided paddle, before landing at the pub for a drink or even a spot of light lunch. Grab some friends, place your order and you’re good to go!

Our Paddle to the Pub trips begin and conclude at Woodmill Outdoor Activities Centre. Free parking, changing and toilet facilities are available onsite. Enjoy a paddle upstream to The White Swan Pub, before enjoying drinks (or a quick bite to eat) prior to the paddle back downstream to Woodmill.
Beacuse they’re super popular, The White Swan Pub require pre-bookings.
Please ensure you have called ahead (023 8047 3322) and pre-booked your table.
We endeavour to give you 1 hour in the pub to enjoy your pint – however our instructors make an executive decision based on the groups ability, to enable you to get back to Woodmill within the 2.5 hour timeframe given for your adventure.
We’re the experts in paddling, but not your favourite tipple! Therefore, food and drinks are not included in the cost of this trip… however we do include exclusive valet parking for your paddle craft at the pub!

We also recommend you bring closed toe shoes (which you don’t mind getting wet) and a change of clothes – just in case you end up damp! If you’re lucky and the sun is shining, make sure you bring sunscreen!
