Powerboating can be seen as one of the most enjoyable ways to spend time on the water. Whether you're fishing, heading to the IOW for lunch or want to zip along the coast with friends and family, it's guaranteed fun for everybody!

But without the right understanding, the water can become a dangerous place. That's why it's important to get the right training, kit, equipment and advice. Our Powerboat training helps boaters build on skills and knowledge, learn more about navigation, how to plot charts and plan passages. As you reach an advanced level we will help you lean more about taking charge as skipper as well as driving at night.

POWERBOAT LEVEL 2

This two-day entry level course provides the skills and background knowledge needed to drive a powerboat and is the basis of the International Certificate of Competence (ICC).

These courses cover the practical use of pilotage and passage planning by day on coastal waters using both traditional and electronic navigational techniques, along with adventurous trips by day and night.
