Do I need to pre-book or can we drop in?
At Atmosphere we charge a £2 per ticket walk-in fee so we advise pre-booking your trampolining session on our website in advance in order to avoid this fee, guarantee you a place in the park and speed up the check in process upon arrival. Please note we do have a 14 day from date of purchase refund policy. Any cancellations after this time will not be refunded. If you are not able to book online, you can book and pay at reception upon arrival, but please be aware time slots/space cannot be guaranteed or be available and you may have a long wait for the next session.

Is there any kind of group discount?
Please see the Atmosphere price list here under the one-hour OPEN JUMP sessions.

What are the age limits for our birthday party bookings?

Party goers join in with our 'OPEN JUMP' Sessions and all participants need to be 4 years of age and over. If you would like to book a party for a group of under 5's please see our 'MINI JUMP' parties.

Can I be with my toddler for their Mini Jump session?
Mini Jumpers require a little more supervision for their safety and comfort. We therefore require 1 adult present in the park itself per 2 mini jumpers. This is on top of any Atmosphere staff who are attending the session. Under 5’s will not be allowed access to the park if they are not accompanied by an adult. We ask that accompanying adults resist the urge to bounce on the same trampoline with their toddler for safety reasons.

How much time do I need to allow before my jump session starts?
You’ll need to allow at least 30mins to check in and receive the safety briefing before your session begins. You may not be allowed to jump if you arrive too late to join your session. Allowing time for stretching and a warm up before any activity is also a great idea to help prevent injury.

What if I’m running late and I miss scheduled jump time?
Please don’t be late! We wouldn’t want you to miss out and we are often so busy that we can’t get you on to the next time slot. However, if you are a little late and if it’s not too busy we will do our best to let you join in mid-session but this will not always be possible. Missed sessions are non refundable and non transferable.

Do I need to sign a waiver before jumping?
Yes. Everyone who jumps is required to complete a waiver. Those under 18 must have their parent or legal guardian complete their waiver. Permission by phone or email is not accepted.

Will I have to sign a waiver every time I come?
Once your waiver for using the trampoline park is completed we will keep it on file for 12 months. You can save time for your arrival and check in by completing your waiver online.

Who can sign my waiver for me?
The waiver must only be completed by yourself or a Parent or Legal guardian is required to sign a waiver for all under 18’s.

If you would like to get a close up of yourself or your friends on the trampolines you may leave the court to get your cameras or camera phones, return to take the photos/videos, then leave the court to put your equipment back in your locker. Photos and videos can be taken from the café and viewing gallery.

What is appropriate clothing for Jumping?
Wear soft, flexible clothing that you would normally exercise in. Do not wear clothing with any sharp buckles/clasps/zips etc. that could be harmful to yourself or other jumpers whilst using the trampoline park. Jumping can get quite hot so breathable clothing is recommended and an extra layer to put on afterwards to keep yourself warm is a great idea.

In the winter months, especially when the temperature outside falls, the park can be cold. We recommend that you do compensate for that when dressing to jump.

Can I wear my glasses in the trampoline arena?
If you would need glasses to drive, the chances are you will need glasses to see a safe distance in the trampoline park to avoid collisions. Obviously wearing glasses carries it’s own risk so contact lenses would be preferable where possible. We have a limited number of optional safety goggles available to wear on top of your glasses to help reduce the risk of breakages and injuries. Jumpers wear their glasses entirely at their own risk and Atmosphere is not liable for any personal loss or injury caused by wearing glasses or contact lenses in the arena.
