4. To maintain cleanliness and safety, no food, drinks, or chewing gum is allowed on or near the play equipment.

5. Respectful behaviour is expected at all times. Fighting, bullying, or any form of abusive or aggressive conduct is unacceptable and will result in immediate action.

6. Active Nation reserves the right to impose bans on the use of the soft play facilities if these rules are not followed.

Certainly, the general sessions in our soft play area are exclusively designed for children aged 10 and under.

Each soft play session spans one hour and requires advance reservation. We kindly ask that you check in at the reception 10 minutes prior to your scheduled booking time.

For your child’s safety and comfort, we suggest dressing them in a long-sleeved shirt and long pants, such as tracksuit bottoms, leggings, or tights, accompanied by socks. To prevent any accidents, please avoid loose clothing and jewellery, as these can easily catch on equipment. Shoes should be taken off before entering the play area.

Filton Funhouse accommodates up to 20 children aged 10 and under in our soft play area simultaneously. Unless you opt for a private booking of the soft play space, you will be sharing the area with other guests throughout your visit.

Indeed, our RE-FUEL cafe is conveniently located near the main reception and Elm Park, providing an array of drinks and snacks for you to enjoy before or after soft play sessions. Please be aware that consumption of these items within the soft play area is not permitted.
