Swimming Supervision Ratios and Guidelines
Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult (16+) at all times, both in the pool and changing areas. Supervising adults must:
• Familiarise themselves with the pool environment before entering.
• Maintain constant supervision over children.
• Stay in close contact with children while in the water.
Maximum adult-to-child ratios are:
• Children aged 8 and over can swim unsupervised, but we recommend weak or non-swimmers are supervised by a competent adult.
• Children aged 2 and under require 1:1 supervision by an adult (16+).
• Children over 2 years can be supervised on a 2:1 basis (two children to one adult, 16+).
• Swim aids are available for purchase at reception.
Sauna and Steam Room Access

To use the sauna or steam room, please collect a wristband:

• Non-Supporters can purchase one at reception.

• Supporters can collect their wristband from Supporter Services.
