FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is the minimum age to climb?
The minimum age is 4 years old. Participants under 18 must provide a completed parental consent form during the safety briefing.
Can anyone try climbing?
Yes! Climbing is suitable for most people, but it does require physical and mental exertion. It is not recommended for individuals with certain health conditions (e.g., severe back pain, epilepsy, pregnancy).
Is there a weight limit?
Yes, the maximum weight for our auto-belay system is 150 kilograms (22 stone).
What should I wear?
Please wear comfortable clothes that allow free movement (if in doubt, a t-shirt and tracksuit, shorts, or leggings is a good place to start). For safety reasons, no open-toed shoes, flip-flops, crocs, or heels are allowed. Long hair should be tied back to avoid getting tangled.
Do I need to bring any equipment?
No, we provide all the equipment. Please avoid bringing valuables; a storage area is available for coats and jumpers.
Can individuals with disabilities participate?
We strive to offer equal access for everyone. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
How many people can climb at once?
Our venue accommodates up to 16 climbers. Unless you book the space exclusively, you may be climbing alongside other guests.
