FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Please wear comfortable clothes that allow free movement (if in doubt, a t-shirt and tracksuit, shorts or leggings is a good place to start). For safety reasons no open-toed shoes, flip-flops, crocs or heels are allowed. Long hair shouLd be tied back to avoid getting tangled.

I HAVE A DISABILITY, CAN I TAKE PART?

Yes, wherever possible we offer equal access to all people. Please contact the centre to discuss your individual disabilities and requirements.

HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL BE IN ACTIVE PLAY & WILL I BE WITH STRANGERS?

108 people can play in Active Play at any one time, with 25 being the maximum for parties. Unless you exclusively book Active Play, you’ll be amongst other individuals for the duration of your session.

IS THERE A CAFE?

Yes, you can enjoy food and drink from the Birchwood BBQ and Grill.
