Enjoy exciting water slides, a flume, and 8 different water features that will keep you entertained. From toddlers to adults, The Lagoon is perfect for the whole family.

• Our Flume & Slides may not always be operational, so be sure to check availability when booking.

Pool Safety and Admissions Policy

We want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable time at The Lagoon. Please review our pool ratios and admissions policy:

• Children under 2 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult (16+) on a 1-to-1 basis.

• Children aged 2-7 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult (16+) on a 1-to-2 basis.

Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we recommend that you pre-book your Lagoon Pool entry to secure your spot. Walk-ins are subject to availability.
Are the flume and water slides always available?
The flume and slides may not always be operational due to maintenance or other factors. We advise checking the schedule when you book or contacting us for the latest updates.
What are the pool ratios for children?
• Under 2 years old: 1 adult (16+) per child.
• Aged 2-7 years: 1 adult (16+) can supervise up to 2 children.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept card payments for all purchases at The Quays. For parking, cash or PaybyPhone app is accepted at the parking meters.
What happens if I miss my session?

Unfortunately, all bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Do I need to bring a padlock for the lockers?

Yes, we recommend bringing your own padlock for locker security.
