Memberships

Memberships are valid for Mini Jump, Family Jump, Mid Afternoon Jump Around, All Inclusive and Open Jump sessions. Also gives you access to the Soft Play during Open Jump. Valid 7 days a week. You just need to make sure the jumpers are the correct age for the session!

To use the Membership in a Mini Jump or Family Jump session the Member must be or be accompanied by a participant aged 5 and under. If neither is the case then you cannot attend the session. Please do not book the session. Eligibility will be checked on arrival.

If the Member is aged 5 and under and wishes to attend a Mini or Family Jump session then they are entitled to have ONE free participating adult join them in the session. Non jumping adults who wish to access the trampoline court will need to have a valid waiver and wear jump socks.

If the Member wishes to attend a Mid Afternoon Jump Around session and are aged 4 and under then they are entitled to have ONE free participating adult join them in the session. Additional jumping adults will need to purchase an additional ticket. Non jumping adults who wish to access the trampoline court will need to have a valid waiver and wear jump socks.

To use the Membership in an Open Jump session the Member must be aged 4+. If the Member is 4, they must be accompanied on court by an adult over the age of 18. The adult does not have to jump but does need to have a valid waiver and wear jump socks.  If the Member is aged 1-3 years and wishes to use the Membership during the Open Jump session then you must book a Soft Play ticket. This will allow entry to Soft Play ONLY as trampoline access during this session is for participants aged 4+. 

There is no age restriction for our All Inclusive and Mid Afternoon Jump Around sessions. However if the Member is aged 4 and under they must be accompanied on court by an adult. The adult does not have to jump but does need to have a valid waiver and wear jump socks.

If you buy multiple memberships each person will have their own membership code.

A Monthly Memberships is valid for one person for up to 2 hours of jumping every day for the duration of the Membership.  It gives you 10% off cafe purchases once per visit and 20% off one party per year. 

A 6 Month and Annual Membership is valid for one person for up to 2 hours of jumping every day for 6 or 12 months.

Members must meet the age criteria for the session they are booked in to. Eligibility will be checked on arrival. If they do not meet the criteria they will be unable to jump in the session. Atmosphere takes no responsibility for the incorrect booking of sessions.

Memberships are valid from the date of payment.

6 Month and Annual Memberships expire after their stated duration. Unused jumps cannot be rolled over and have no monetary value.

Memberships are non-transferable. Must only be used for one person.

Misuse of Memberships will result in them being invalidated.

When purchasing a Membership you will receive a confirmation email and then a separate membership email with your membership code. 

Memberships must be presented when checking in at Atmosphere. Failure to produce a valid Membership will result in additional jump session fees.
