Get the most from your funding

There are many ways you could use your PPA funding to enhance your pupil PE experience.

You could employ qualified coaches to work alongside teachers in PE lessons, you could pay external professional coaches to run sports specific training or you could provide funding for places for pupils in after school clubs and holiday courses.

We proudly offer all of the above services, plus other services, all of which are delivered by our experienced and talented community coaching team.

A tailored approach

Our talented coaching team are able to offer most sport, dance or exercise activity sessions your pupils show interest in - meaning all our services are fully tailored to each individual. Our experience working with those with SEND allow us to offer inclusive sessions to ensure that every pupil can take part and enjoy our services.

Only the best quality

We understand that the safe delivery of quality sport and activities is vital and we pride ourselves on our talented team - it's in our blood. All our community coaches are DBS checked and undergo monthly training to up skill, develop and mentor their abilities.

WHAT'S ON OFFER?

There is a vast amount of quality sessions and programmes we can provide to your pupils. Each school is different and all our services are tailored. Our most-used services are outlined below:

Our team of full-time community coaches will plan and deliver structured PE lessons covering all areas of the national curriculum, using a range of sports, games and activities to meet Ofsted criteria.

Throughout the programme, pupil progress is assessed by our community coaches, with learning outcomes evaluated against curriculum criteria outlined by Ofsted. Effort and behaviour and validated health & wellbeing scores will also be documented to showcase improvement in physical and mental wellbeing.

We’re proud to tailor the information reported as a result of our PE cover. We provide each school with information on outcomes that can be used to showcase Ofsted objectives. These can include:

  • Pupil assessment for each unit of work, with marks for attainment, learning objectives and outcomes, effort and behaviour.
  • Lesson plans and schemes of work.
  • Wet weather classroom – based lessons related to the Ofsted criteria.

We understand that occasionally staffing issues can leave gaps in your rota. Our cover can be provided to fill staff sickness, training or PPA time. Our competitive charitable rates mean you can offer premium PE cover for an affordable cost, all whilst supporting a local charitable organisation on a mission to persuade the nation to be active.
