ActiveAbility Adult Community Sessions, (also known as our open programme) provide affordable and accessible community-based sport, exercise classes and activities. Participants can enjoy activities, meet new friends and learn new skills, regardless of transportation, financial, geographical or ability barriers.

ActiveAbility Adult Community Sessions feature a range of activities that run 7 days a week. We supply the equipment, coaches and facilities so all you need to do is turn up with your service users. A range of day services, residential homes and disability user organisations attend these sessions so it’s the perfect place to meet new people and enjoy sport and activity.
