WHAT IS LES MILLS’ GRIT?
This series of classes is based around a 30mins high intensity interval-based workout that will provide improved athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism and improved fat burning. Choose from Strength, Plyo or Cardio sessions and be pushed to your limits.

IS IT FOR ME?
Les Mills’ Grit is the ultimate in high interval training. Strength – uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. Plyo – is a plyometric-based workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete by using a bench, combining explosive jumping exercises with agility training. Cardio – this workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- A bottle of water
- A towel to wipe off your sweat
- Comfortable footwear
- Comfortable clothing that you can move around and workout in
