WHAT IS BODY ATTACK?
This high-energy fitness sports-inspired class combines athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?
Body Attack is a whole body interval training workout that burns calories while toning and shaping. You’ll build stamina and the sports-inspired moves will improve your coordination and agility.
IS IT FOR ME?
Suitable for everyone from beginners to total addicts looking for an all body workout that can also help to build stamina. The more effort you put in the more you’re body will get out of the class!
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- A bottle of water
- A towel in case you get a bit sweaty
- Comfortable footwear
- Comfortable clothing that you can jump, lung, squat and do push-ups in.
