Let’s face it, we all have a half inflated gym ball lurking at the backs of our wardrobes, so we thought it was about time we showed you how you can put one to good use in order to reap their many benefits.
The most popular reason for using a gym ball is to improve overall core stability. However, they have many other benefits including rehabilitating and preventing injuries, improving proprioception (knowing where your limbs are in space) strengthening muscles and improving posture and flexibility.
