Active Nation have 4 fantastic swimming pools at Quays Swimming & Diving Complex and Bitterne Leisure Centre both of which are within easy reach of Southampton City Centre. Each of the 4 pools is suited to a variety of water exercises.
The Quays Swimming & Diving Complex is one of only 4 high performance diving centres in the UK. With 3 diving boards at 3m, 5m and 10m, The Quays Swimming & Diving Complex has a reputation for nurturing world class diving talent and has a thriving diving academy that nurtures local diving talent within Southampton and the surrounding areas.
You don’t need to be a world class diver to enjoy the swimming pools at the Quays. There are two other pools that are open to everyone to enjoy swimming for fun or a varied timetable of aqua aerobics. Swim for fitness in the 25m lanes of the main pool or enjoy a more relaxed aqua class or fun session with the kids in the smaller leisure pool.
