At Yarborough Leisure Centre, we are lucky to have a great team of Personal Trainers who bring with them a different experiences, styles and personalities.

SAM LONG

Fitness & health have always been a big part of my life. It lead to me getting my Sports & Exercise Science degree, which allowed me gain a greater understanding of training methods and how to adapt them to suit each individual.

I offer a unique and varied approach to my training sessions. I believe mixing up training makes exercising way more fun whilst still achieving great results.
