With a wealth of knowledge and skills, Tom can fully instruct and assist you in achieving your fitness goals. His expertise includes weight management, Olympic-style lifting, flexibility, sports-specific instruction, and basic health and maintenance. Tom has trained a diverse range of clients over the years, from young beginners to experienced athletes and even armed forces personnel. No matter your fitness level or goals, Tom is here to help you achieve your best self.

KRISTIAN HARVEY

Meet Kristian-Lee Harvey, a dedicated personal trainer with over a decade of experience in the fitness industry. As a committed trainer at Active Nation Gym Runcorn, Kristian-Lee will guide you through your fitness journey as your drill sergeant, health guide, and friend. He’ll create a personalized fitness regime tailored to your goals and ensure that you enjoy the process and have some laughs along the way.
