I have always been interested in health and fitness. Being a busy mum of two I understand the commitments that people have, but with my knowledge and several years of experience and our determination together we will achieve your goals with fun, enjoyable yet effective workouts.

My fitness journey started at a young age when I achieved a black belt in Karate and fought at a national level. Ever since I have always been active in the gym environment training clients and myself. As a qualified level 3 Personal Trainer I particularly enjoy helping others and seeing the results they achieve.

I specialise in toning, cardiovascular fitness / endurance, weight loss and core-stability.
