Hi, I’m Mo! I’m passionate about fitness and leading dynamic, engaging classes. My classes are designed to be fun and incorporate a variety of different exercises, so you’ll never get bored. Whether you’re looking for that extra push to take your fitness to the next level or simply want to enjoy a challenging workout, I’m here to help you achieve your goals. I specialize in Level 2/3 training, as well as nutrition coaching, and I hold qualifications in Spin, Metafit, Box Fit, Kettlebell, TRX, HIIT, and Circuits. Let’s work together to create a fitness routine that works for you!

Meet Joseph Quartey, a highly qualified personal trainer and strength/conditioning coach. With over six years of experience, Joseph specializes in nutrition advice, weight loss programming, and strength/conditioning for sports. He’s also an expert in Olympic lifting technique coaching, athletic performance coaching, speed, agility, and quickness (SAQ) development, and sprint coaching/speed mechanics. Joseph’s approach to training is tailored to each individual, with a focus on achieving a healthy body and mind within NHS health guidelines. He’s dedicated to helping clients achieve long-term results, with an emphasis on optimal performance in their daily lives. With Joseph as your coach, expect a realistic and tailored approach to fitness, with accountability and honesty at the forefront. Remember, it’s not just about looking good, but also performing at an optimal level!

I am a personal trainer specialising in Power and Strength training, including form coaching, working around injuries to develop strength in weak areas and much more. Whatever the clients’ goals, I tailor plans to their fitness level and continuously challenge them. I offer 1-1 training and group training on a pay as you go basis as well a package deals.
