I am a personal trainer specialising in Power and Strength training, including form coaching, working around injuries to develop strength in weak areas and much more. Whatever the clients’ goals, I tailor plans to their fitness level and continuously challenge them. I offer 1-1 training and group training on a pay as you go basis as well a package deals.
