Ideal for Ages: Designed for children aged 10 years and under (our Toddler Zone is for under 3s) our Soft Play is the ultimate destination for endless laughter and imaginative play.

Children must be supervised at all times by an accompanying adult over the age of 18.
Each session is 1 hour in length and must be pre-booked in advance.
Please arrive at reception 10 minutes before your booking.
Yes, all general soft play sessions are for age 10 and under.
We recommend that you wear a long-sleeved top, long trousers (tracksuit bottoms/leggins) and socks. Note, loose clothing and jewellery should not be worn as this can get snagged on parts of the play area. Shoes must be removed.
Yes, wherever possible we offer equal access to all people. Please contact the centre to discuss your individual disabilities and requirements.
20 children aged 10 and under can play in our Soft Play at any one time, Unless you exclusively book the Soft Play room, you’ll be amongst other individuals for the duration of your session.
Yes, we have our Elm Park café which is just off the main reception to allow you to get a drink or a snack prior to or after your Soft Play experience. Unfortunately drinks and snacks cannot be consumed in the Soft Play room.
