I've been training with Christian for over 4 months now and have already seen big differences in my body shape/tone. Christian is very encouraging and makes me believe I can reach my goals. I worked with Christian for around 12 weeks, after having very limited knowledge of how to achieve my fitness goals I signed up for an initial 5 sessions with him and can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I've made! He's incredibly supportive and friendly, not your traditional barking military style PT!

Been with Christian about 4 months now, I recently want on holiday and spent every day biking, enormous hills I could never have managed to stay on my bike in the past but this time I flew up them, all thanks to the motivation and type of training I have been put through.
