Woodmill Outdoor Activities Centre has a really exciting opportunity for you to join the team as a Senior Instructor.
The Senior Instructor is a versatile role which responds to the seasonal nature of the activities delivered by the Charity and the booking commitments of each Centre. When the Senior Instructor is not leading an activity and following guidance from the Venue manager , they will support the wider delivery of the Charity’s activities in a variety of support functions or localised leadership responsibilities.

The Seasonal instructor role is responsible for delivering a wide range of outdoor and adventurous activities as part of Active Nation’s programme in line with NGB and Charity Activities Standards. The post holder is an essential part our campaign to persuade more people to be active and the charity’s frontline ambassador.
Responsible for generating income against set targets, the successful candidate will support schools & groups with their school trip, upsell residential offerings, catering and transportation and work closely with the central outdoor Sales & Retention team.
You will demonstrate a range of communication approaches with school, groups, corporate and team building prospects across the country, selling our school & group packages and encouraging them to Discover The Great Outdoors with us.
