Everybody loves cycling! It’s great exercise, can help to relieve the stresses of the day and most importantly its fun. What’s not to like!
But don’t worry if you haven’t got your own bike, Bike 4 Life can help with some peddle power to get you moving.
Bike 4 Life is a bike hire scheme funded through Lincolnshire County Councils Short Breaks Fund. The project has paid for a selection of adapted bikes for family hire. We’ve got Tricycles, hand cycles, wheelchair bikes, piggy back bikes, as well as standard adult and child bikes. Basically there is something for eveyone, no matter what your age or ability.
Ok, so we might not have a route as inspiring as the Tour De France for you to cycle around, but you can have a go at Yarborough’s 1.2km cycle track.
