“Community is very much at the heart of Bitterne Leisure Centre. Being located in the middle of Bitterne makes the Centre a thriving hub for the local population. This is evident as soon as you walk into our recently refurbished reception area and meet our team: friendly and welcoming, our Supporters feel they make a real difference, which certainly encompasses that community feel.
What’s more, there’s an activity for everyone here, from our very own swim school programme (and the best in Southampton, if I do say so myself!) to Aqua Zumba, which is about as much fun as you can have in the water while achieving your health and fitness goals. And that’s just the pool! Be sure to check out our other facilities as well, including our gym (also recently refurbished, we’re spoiling you!), which is the only one in the country to house a brand new piece of equipment called the Advanced Motion Trainer…exciting stuff!
