Fantastic gym! All staff very friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend any of Jo Turner’s classes – body pump, body combat, body balance! She’s awesome! We had Keith teach our 3 boys to ski over Christmas and this half term – he is one of the best teachers I have ever come across – funny, enthusiastic, energetic and kind. The boys really loved having him as their teacher, he was brilliant! Please make sure this is noticed by his superiors – he deserves a medal!

I joined the gym in November 2012. I was very nervous but each time I went it got easier. I continued until February 2013 in this time I lost 2st 7lb and found out I was pregnant. My hard work paid off.
