Green Bank Leisure Centre

At Active Nation we’ve got parties all wrapped up! Whether you want to run, jump, climb or play, we’ll make sure that you celebrate in style.

We’ve got a variety of catered and non-catered options available with party leaders and instructors on hand to make sure your party goes smoothly.

Climbing

If you’re looking for the ultimate challenge, our creatively themed climbing walls are the perfect party attraction.

Run by one of our professional party leaders, our packages are:

1 hour exclusive use of the climbing
45 minutes in the party room
Grazing platter food
£220

We offer these on a Saturday and Sunday at 10:45am, 11:45am, 12:45pm and 1:45pm.

Soft Play

Crawl, scramble and bounce with our great range of soft play equipment.

From ride on’s to soft play shapes and a bouncy castle, we’ve got the perfect safe environment for kids to run around in.

Run by one of our professional party leaders, our packages are:

Up to 15 Children maximum (WITH food) – £220
1 hour Play, with 45 minutes in the party room

We offer these on Saturday and Sundays

Football

Kick start your party with a penalty shootout and keepy uppy competition.

Our football parties are run indoors with half the main hall, and are great for any football-mad youngster.

Run by one of our professional party leaders, our packages are:

Up to 25 Children (WITHOUT food) – £160
1 hour session, including party games, with 45 minutes in the party room

We offer these on Saturdays and Sunday.

Pool Inflatables

Make a splash with our great inflatables parties! Set underwater challenges, races or simply float around.

Run by one of our professional party leaders, our packages are:

Aqua Inflatable party – £220
Up to 60 Children (WITHOUT food) 
Private pool session
45 minute session, with 45 minutes in the party room

Fun Splash Party – £220
With floats & balls
Up to 60 Children (WITHOUT food)
1 hour sessions, with 45 minutes in the party room

We offer these on Saturdays 4pm – 5pm.

Our Grazing Platters

Available with Soft Play and Climbing Parties, our Grazing Platters are the perfect solution to keeping that energy level up!

At Active Nation we love teaching swimming! With over 100,000 attendances per year we pride ourselves on delivering consistently quality tuition.

We believe swimming is an essential life skill that everyone should have the opportunity to explore. Whether you’re a child or an adult, swimming can help with motor development, alleviate stress and help maintain physical and mental wellbeing.

Lessons run throughout the year on a 50 week plan with students being continually assessed and moved through the stages at their own pace based on ability.  There is also an opportunity for parents to monitor their child’s progress on our state of the art home portal which you can access at anytime and anywhere online.

As a child’s confidence in swimming progresses there are many opportunities provided through Active Nation to pursue other interests in the aquatics discipline including Diving, Lifeguarding and Water Polo.

The new Apex centre based at Green Bank Leisure Centre, in South Derbyshire, is a 16 station indoor climbing centre with a variety of different challenges for the ultimate climbing experience.

The great thing about climbing at the Apex Centre  is that no experience is needed, we’ll get you strapped into the harness and it’s  for 60 minutes of fun as you race to the top and complete the challenges. This makes it a perfect activity that families can do together.
