The Outdoor Sports Centre

If you find being stuck on a treadmill indoors boring, but you love sport and exercise in the great outdoors...The Outdoor Sports Centre is the place to be!

With 150 acres of outside green space, it’s full of sport and exercise opportunities with something for everyone.

How about having a go on our cricket pitches, multi-purpose pitches for football and hockey, tennis courts, a cyclocross and BMX track, an assault course style trim trail, an athletics track and even a crazy golf course! What more could you want?

In addition to the Outdoor Sports Centre there are also a number of other pavilions and pitches throughout Southampton which are available to be booked through the Sports Centre, these include: Lordshill Recreation Ground, Mayfield Park, Millbrook Park, Hoglands Park, Riverside Park, Veracity Sports Ground and Green Park.
