YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

No you don’t have to but if you want to win a fabulous early Christmas present, then you will have to dress up.

We still recommend comfortable clothing. You will also need to wear long sleeves and trousers, as well as gloves.

No, it is not safe to have a child sit on a parents lap.  You can however, hold onto each others donut whilst coming down.

For the car park above the ski slope use the postcode SO16 7LT to take you to Vermont Cl. Once on Vermont Close bear off to the left past the swimming pool and school. At the end of the road turn right and this road will lead you to the car park above the slope. Take the steps down to reception.

Yes – We provide all essential equipment like the Donut and sledge.

We recommend you bring your own helmet and gloves but if you don’t have them, we can lend you a helmet and you can purchase gloves.

Yes, Donutting can go ahead in whatever weather. If the Duty Manager feels it’s too dangerous (ie thunder and lightening) then they will contact you and rearrange the booking.

If you wish to do this, you will have to book yourself on the session. There will be an instructor at the top and bottom of the slope to provide assistance.

Due to the type of ski lift, younger children can find it difficult to use. We also go from the larger slope, which can be scary for younger children.

We recommend comfortable clothing. Most of the time you should wear long sleeves and long trousers, however if it’s very hot, we can relax this rule.

You MUST wear closed toe shoes at all times.

We have a small area with a bench, at the bottom of the slope where you can spectate from.
