I started in this sport (Karate / Kickboxing) at an early age and have just over 9 years of experience within the fitness industry. I am very adaptable in my training; this allows me to be able to train a larger range of individuals, so no matter what your fitness level or goals, I can adhere to your needs.
I am a Level 2 Fitness Instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer, following this, I will progress onto further education within sports specific training.
