How To Improve Your Cycling

Active Nation are super excited about the Tour de Yorkshire, taking place between 3-6th of this month!

Whilst we understand most people are not up for a 3-day cycling race, if you are looking to improve your cycling game you will need to work on your strength, power and speed. Take 5 minutes out to watch Gemma and Pav, from Bitterne Leisure Centre in Southampton, show you some exercises you can do at home, and in the gym, to give you legs and glutes worthy of a road cycling champion.
