Why Become An Instructor?

Sharing your knowledge and experience with others can be very rewarding, and getting paid to do what you love makes it the best job ever!

We have a wide range of instructor courses and packages designed to help get you qualified. All recognised and approved by the industry.

Fast Track

Fast track instructor training is the quickest way to obtain qualifications. We have a number of packages designed both for those who are new to watersport and those with prior experience.

The First step to becoming a sailing instructor is to complete the pre requisites training, ‘RYA Powerboat Level 2’, ‘First Aid’, ‘Safe and Fun Safeguarding’ and the Dinghy Instructor Pre Entry Assessment.

Powerboat Instructor

Those wishing to teach RYA powerboating must satisfy the prerequisites (RYA Powerboat Level 2, First aid, be over 16 years old, have five years powerboating experience or one season full time) and then pass the Powerboat Skills Assessment before progressing onto the Powerboat Instructor course.
